Any systematic retrieval of Jackit content to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes) without written permission from Jackit is prohibited and Jackit has all rights to take necessary legal actions according to The Copyright Act, 1957 (amended by The Copyright Amendment Act 2012), the text of which may be found on the Indian Copyright office Website, copyright.gov.in

In addition, use of the content for any purpose not expressly permitted in this Contract is prohibited and may invite legal action. As a condition of your access to and use of Jackit’s Services, you agree that you will not use the website service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. Jackit reserves the right to terminate the account of a user(s) upon any infringement of the rights of others in conjunction with use of the Jackit, or if Jackit believes that user(s) conduct is harmful to the interests of Jackit, its affiliates, or other users, or for any other reason in Jackit’s sole discretion, with or without cause.

Jackit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Other Policies Zero Tolerance Policy

Jackit doesn’t tolerate the use of Alcohol or drugs by the Bike Runners while working, pick-up or while delivering the bike. If you feel that the bike runner may be under the influence of Alcohol or drugs, don’t give your bike to him for pick-up and immediately inform us.

Jackit doesn’t tolerate the bike runners to travel in the customer’s bike while pickup or drop without valid driving license. We encourage our users first to ask for the bike runner’s driving license and other credentials and in the above scenario reject the services.

Jackit doesn’t tolerate the users trying to avail the services without producing valid driving license and registration of the vehicle both at pickup and drop location. Our bike runner will ask for these documents first and Jackit will never facilitate such users with the services in any cases whatsoever.

Jackit doesn’t tolerate the users who possess any kind of intentions about not paying or cheating our bike runners or flee from the scene without the exact payment as per the payment receipt in any cases whatsoever after availing our services. We encourage our users to render exact payment amount in cash, cheque or debit / credit card. Jackit has every right to terminate the contract for such users and take legal actions if required.

Non-discrimination Policy

Jackit seeks to ensure that safe, reliable, and high-quality bike servicing options are available to everyone. Jackit and its affiliates therefore prohibit discrimination against users or Technicians based on race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age or any other characteristic protected under applicable state law. Such discrimination includes, but is not limited to, refusing to provide or accept services based on any of these characteristics. Any user or bike runner found to have violated this prohibition will lose access to the Jackit platform.

Guidelines for the code of conduct

In accordance with the non-discrimination policy or in any other forms, we want our users and bike runners to behave in a particular code of conduct while using Jackit Services. Jackit doesn’t entertain any kind of delinquency, misconduct or rudeness in behavior including arguments and use of loud tone or foul language with either parties. We have utmost respect for both our users and bike runners and we take the matters of disorderly conduct very seriously from whoever sides that may be. We encourage both parties to behave politely to each other to accomplish better service. In cases of doubts or disagreement, please call our customer care to resolve the issue immediately at +91 - 9535676767 or drop a complaint at reachus@Jackit.in and we will solve the problem within 24 working hours. In all the cases, the remarks of our bike runner will be given the first priority and we will look into the matters deeply to announce a fair judgment.

Disclosure of Your Details

Jackit will disclose your personal data to the extent that this is legally required, or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and legal process; or in the event of an emergency pertaining to your health and/or safety

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to reachus@Jackit.in

Disclosure of Other Party Details

We disclose business records of the other party only in accordance with our terms of service and applicable law. A valid Indian court order (via mutual legal assistance treaty, mutual legal assistance agreement, or letter rogatory) as well as a valid return email address from an official government domain may be required to compel disclosure of certain records. Our acceptance of legal process does not waive any legal objections Jackit may have and may raise in response to the request

In order to make sure your Law Enforcement Request is valid and does not seek more information than necessary, we ask for the following:

A specific reference (i.e., you must uniquely identify a user or technician partner)

We disclose data to law enforcement when we determine that we are required to do so by law. In those instances, we will search for and disclose data that we are reasonably able to locate and retrieve

Does Jackit Notify Individuals of a Law Enforcement Request for Information Relating to them?

Yes, we may notify subjects before producing their information to law enforcement, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so, or in exceptional circumstances such as emergencies related to health and/or safety. Law enforcement officials who believe that notification would jeopardize an investigation should obtain an appropriate court order or other appropriate process establishing that notice is prohibited.
